In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
 

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• The return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery

• Items made from recycled and handmade materials may show natural variations, which are not considered defects

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable
   

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

• Exchange requests must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• We will cover the outgoing shipping cost for exchanged items ​​
   

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
