All garments sold by Katsa.veika are handmade using recycled or upcycled materials.

Due to this nature:

• Each item is unique

• Variations in fabric, color, texture, stitching, or finish may occur

• Minor irregularities are part of the design and not considered defects

Product images are indicative and may vary slightly from the final item.
 

4. Orders & Contract Formation

A purchase contract is formed only once:

• You place an order, and

• We confirm it via email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
 

5. Prices & Payments

• All prices are listed in EUR (€)

• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Payment is required at checkout

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your payment details.

6. Shipping

We ship within the European Union only.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Handmade production

• Carrier delays

• External circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
 

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
 

8. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Be in original condition
   

Exceptions:

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
